How fast do you respond to inquiries?

Within 24 hours on business days. Every inquiry gets a written reply covering pricing, current availability and market-specific formats. Complex private-label requests may take one extra day because they are routed through the OEM team.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Our wholesale minimum is 200 devices. Most lines are quoted per SKU and case pack; mixed-SKU requests can be reviewed by the supplier. Exact pricing, availability and market requirements are confirmed after you submit an inquiry.

Can I order fewer than 200 devices?

No. We currently handle wholesale inquiries from 200 devices and up. The supplier confirms the final SKU mix and commercial terms for your market.

Do you offer samples?

No. We do not offer samples. Wholesale starts at 200 units.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Wholesale pricing moves with order volume, destination market, nicotine format and freight. A static price list would be wrong for most buyers. The quote you receive reflects your actual market and volume.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are confirmed with your order. Common options include telegraphic transfer (T/T) with a deposit, and terms for repeat buyers are discussed as the relationship develops. All payment details are confirmed in writing before any order is placed.

Which regions do you ship to?

Our core markets are North America and Europe, with the wider manufacturing network reaching 70+ countries. Shipping routes, PACT-compliant options for the US and customs documentation are confirmed per order based on your destination.

What about compliance documents?

Product compliance is market-specific: TPD formats for the EU, destination-market nicotine limits, and local registration requirements. Available documentation (spec sheets, ingredient disclosures where applicable) is confirmed per market in your quote — ask explicitly and we will state what can be provided.

Do you support private label / OEM?
