Agreement

By accessing the Vapone website or placing a wholesale order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Eligibility

Vapone sells exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis to legitimate retailers, distributors, and other licensed businesses. You must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• Operate as a business in the sale of vapor and related products, where such sale is lawful.
• Provide accurate business and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who cannot demonstrate business legitimacy when asked.

Quotes and Orders

All pricing is in the currency quoted and is subject to change without notice. A quote is not a binding offer until accepted in writing by Vapone. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as indicated on product pages and quotes.

Payment

Orders are payable in advance via the payment methods we make available. Prices exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, Duties, and Risk

Shipping costs, transit times, and applicable duties and taxes vary by destination. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for customs clearance and any duties, taxes, or import restrictions applicable to your destination, unless otherwise agreed.

Compliance and Lawfulness

Vapor products are heavily regulated. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are lawful and compliant in your market, including compliance with applicable age-restriction, flavor, packaging, and notification rules (for example, TPD requirements in the EU and UK, and state-level rules in the US). Vapone flags compliance information in good faith but does not warrant that any product is lawful in every market.

You agree not to:

• Resell products to minors or to customers who cannot legally purchase them.
• Misrepresent product contents, strengths, or compliance status.
• Import products into jurisdictions where they are prohibited.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged or defective stock will be replaced or credited in accordance with the terms of your order. Return authorization is required for all returns. Custom or private-label products are non-returnable unless defective.

Intellectual Property

The Vapone name, logos, and website content are our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vapone's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or placing an order after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
